• Draft and send emails, newsletters, and intranet posts about AI topics for internal audiences.
• Prepare presentations and slides to support internal AI meetings and feature launches.
• Design and manage surveys, for example in Microsoft Forms, to gather feedback or insights from AI feature trials.
• Support meetings with various teams, for example the tech team, knowledge management, and central IT.
• Help update information on AI on the intranet page, shape the AI marketplace, and support AI feature building by testing the features yourself.
• Help manage incoming questions and requests about internal AI, mainly via email or ticketing.
• Help prepare and update training materials.
• Support the rollout of new features by testing them yourself, coordinating testing rounds, gathering feedback, and summarizing findings.
